Payment

We accept cash, check, or paypal payment currently. We recommend you book your party at least 30-60 days in advance of your chosen date. We can do bookings up to 120 days in advance. See our Cancellation Policy below. 

What are the Requirements?

We kindly ask that children refrain from eating or drinking near our Performers' costumes. 

Parking

If you can please leave a space for the Performer to park in your driveway or as close to the entrance as possible, it would be appreciated. Please keep in mind the Performer may have several items to carry into your party. 

The Environment

We ask our customers to please provide a smoke-free, indoor, environment for our Performers. Our Performers are not able to perform outdoors due to the care of their costumes and personal comfort. If your party is outdoors, we ask that you hold the entertainment portion of your party indoors. 

What dates and times are you available? 

We maintain a flexible schedule and try to accommodate all requests, however, most of our bookings are held on weekends between 10 am - 6 pm, so book early to guarantee your princess. 

Where can I host my party? 

The location of your celebration is entirely up to you. The Cinder Ella Company is flexible to meet your needs. You may choose to host your party in your own home, at a community center, or other suitable location. 

How much room do I need? 

Our performers need enough room for your guests to sit on the floor comfortably in a circle. We recommend an average size family room with the coffee table moved out of the way. During the routine, your guests may be dancing, playing games, or seated during the Princess performance. 

How many guests can I invite? 

Our party routines work best for under 15 children in attendance, however, if your guests in attendance are higher, we will gladly amend our party routine to accommodate all guests. Please let us know ahead of time. 

What happens if my guests arrive late? 

We have booked your party in our Performer's schedule, and therefore cannot be delayed as they have a schedule to keep. If some of your guests are late, we recommend that they join in the party upon arrival. 

What about Spring, Summer, and Fall Parties? 

We realize that in the beautiful, warmer months, you may wish to host your party outdoors, however, it is our very strict policy that our princesses can only perform indoors. We suggest that you have the majority of your party outdoors, and bring your guests inside for the princess entertainment, due to the protection of our costumes and the performer's comfort. 

Im ready to BOOK, now what do I do? 

We require the full amount to reserve our performers. After a request has been confirmed, you will send payment in the full amount via paypal to events@cinderellacompany.net. 

For parties outside of the Shoals city limits, there will be a travel surcharge quoted on a per party basis. 

*For Parties with more than one guest of honor, there is a $25 additional charge. 

*If you would like more than one performer at your event, there is an $80 fee per additional performer.  

*If you would like to add more time to your event the day of the party, the cost is $55 per half hour or $80 per hour IF your performer is available to stay. 

What if I need to cancel or postpone my party

We are more than willing to reschedule your party in advance if you can please give us as much notice as possible. 

Less than 48 hours notice: You lose your full deposit upon cancellation ($65). If you reschedule your party date during this time frame, you will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.  

Less than 14 days until party: You lose $50 upon cancellation. If you reschedule your party date during this time frame, you will be charged a $30 rescheduling fee.  

More than 14 days until party: You lose $30 upon cancellation. If you reschedule your party date during this time frame, you will be charged a $20 rescheduling fee. 

30 days or more until party: You lose $10 upon cancellation. If you reschedule your party date during this time frame, you will not be charged a rescheduling fee. 

*If your performer is not available on the date you want to reschedule, you will have to choose a different date or pay the cancellation fee. 

We appreciate your understanding as we have made this our priority to specially reserve your requested Princess/Performer for your date and time. 

Disclaimer

In the event of bad weather/illness/events beyond our control, The Cinder Ella Company reserves the right to reschedule your party. In extreme circumstances, where our princess cannot get to your party (on the day of your scheduled event), we pride ourselves in providing the most excellent customer service and will provide your child with a complimentary princess party for a mutually agreed upon future date, and fully refund any deposit that has been made. 

Liability

The customer agrees to hold and keep harmless The Cinder Ella Company, it's Agents and Performers from any and all property damages and bodily injured damage caused by the customer's guests or other persons attending the party. 

If Makeup is part of your package:  We do use hypo-allergenic make-up products on the children, and separate Q-tips for each child's application, but in the event that a child is allergic to the make-up, we are not held responsible. 

*The customer agrees that The Cinder Ella Company is not responsible for severe inclement weather or acts of God that may cause the cancellation of our Performer attending your party.
